Antioxidant Rich Shrimp Salad and $200 Gluten-Free Wellesse Vitamin Giveaway




















This shrimp salad was my lunch yesterday. And my dinner. And I'm feeling pretty sad that it's all gone because I would have been happy to eat it for breakfast today. While you've been seeing fewer baked goods from me lately, I've been focusing on getting my inflammation completely under control. And that's meant a lot of tasty dishes like this one. With avocado, grapefruit, basil, cilantro, and parsley, this shrimp salad is full of anti-inflammatory nutrients. I woke up this morning with less bloating than I've had in months, and I know it's dietary choices like this that are making the difference.

I've been experiencing a tremendous amount of bloating and inflammation throughout my body. It has been terribly uncomfortable. Cutting out gluten and eating lots of vegetables and some fruit is the way to go. Going to start juicing as soon as my new Breville arrives tomorrow! Would love to know more about this company and the products they offer!

My new favorite way to get lots of healthy goodness is drinking green smoothies. Somehow putting foods I don't really like into a smoothie with fruits I do like makes a delicious, though sort of gross to look at, concoction! Salads are always good too.

I love my fresh produce! I eat a big salad or stir fry every day, plus I snack on fruit and carrots with hummus or celery with nut butters throughout the day to make sure I get my vitamins :)
