Bisquick Gluten-Free Review And Giveaway
Bisquick? Seriously? I know what you're thinking... I'm thinking it too. I never made Bisquick pancakes when I was eating gluten. Why would I start now? Well, first of all, because I was offered a prize pack through MyBlogSpark, and I thought it looked cool. Second, because I miss going to IHOP, and I think Bisquick and IHOP pancakes taste the same. Third, because these are the best pancakes I've had in years. For realz yo.
What? Are you laughing at me?
Okay, truth time: I still wouldn't ever buy these for myself because they have too much sugar in them, but I made them for a hungry group of men and women (gluten and gluten-free eaters alike) and they happily gobbled them up. I tried not to eat any myself because of the sugar, but even I couldn't resist. And they were worth it. If I weren't trying to avoid sugar, I probably would buy these for the occasional Sunday morning brunch.
Do you want to try Bisquick's gluten-free pancakes? Bisquick - via MyBlogSpark - will send one reader their own prize pack. All you have to do is leave a comment and let me know you'd like to try it. You can also tweet it, blog about it, post it on Facebook, or do anything else you'd like. Just let me know and I'll give you an extra entry for every extra thing you do. And please, please, please leave your e-mail address or I'll have no way of contacting you.

That pan looks really cool! I love the GF pancakes we make from scratch, but it's nice to know that there is a good tasting mix out there. The one from Trader Joes is pretty bad.
I would LOVE to win this for my brother -- he is a pancake crazyperson. The boy should own stock in Bisquick.

I'm crazy about pancakes! What an awesome giveaway!
@Christina, Yes the Trader Joe's pancake mix is awful, isn't it??
I really like that pan. I have been wanting to try the gluten free bisquick for a while but cant find it in my local stores yet.
I would love to try this mix. (actually, my 4 kids would REALLY, REALLY like to try them) =0) We love breakfast dinner at our home. =0)
yum i'd love to try it - and that pan!
When I was eating gluten, I used bisquick all the time to make waffles. I just substituted buttermilk for the milk it called for. They were delicious. I'd love to try the GF bisquick. I haven't seen it in any of our stores yet so I'd love to win!

I have that mix in my pantry right now. It was surprising to find it at a local grocery store (Winco) and not the co-op where I usually get my gluten-free items. I didn't know about the sugar but I'm willing to compromise for something that tastes good.
It would be fun to eat tiny pancakes! Thanks.

I would love to try this mix! Thanks for the opportunity
I'd like to try it, because I've tried many other gluten free pancake mixes out there and I really do want to see if Bisquick is the best. I think the Trader Joe's pancake mix is pretty good actually; Pamela's is the best (tastes like cake), Bob's Red Mill is OK... Very curious to try Bisquick!
I would like to try GF bisquick. Not sure it would stack up to Pamela's. That mix is delicious.

I never even bother with pancakes any more, would love some to share for brunch though.
I am laughing, haha, :) but seriously, you have some of the best pancake recipes... i bet if you went to IHOP, you would be disappointed now :)
I would like to make gluten, sugar, dairy free blueberry waffles in my waffle-maker.
I honestly have a hard time with the cost of the GF Bisquik, but we love it around here. I used to use Bisquik for quick biscuits, topping on a quick pot pie, coffee cake and plain ol' pancakes. Great stuff and the GF version is great!
Ooh I'd love to try this new mix! I love adding a little cornmeal and blueberries to pancakes for a fun flavor and texture. Thanks for offering the giveaway!
i'd love to try it my kids love pancakes
thanks so much

Love to try the Gluten Free, fun for the kids to eat little pancakes, and what a super way to help me limit my portion control.
