Can I ask what type of headaches you get. Tension, at the front, back or side of your head? Do they turn into migraines or just a pure headache? I get migraines so that is why I am wondering. mine is worse since I have entered perimeonpause, but get them every 4 -6 days.
Thanks for sharing and look forward to your next recipe.

@Shirley, I get a dull (sometimes pounding) headache in my temples that comes along with an aching neck and hurting eyes. In my case, it just lingers as a dull pain all day and night, but my ND said it sounds like they're migraines that don't progress to full-blown. When it was at its worst, I had them all day and night for months, but now I just get a hint most days, and occasionally it goes away completely.

Thanks Iris for sharing this. I know the feeling.. Have been going down a similar road. and little by little by little more things are removed from my diet (this month I have given up eggs again, soy and now headed towards the sugarless route) While I don't get headaches I know several people that have headaches that are also triggered by sugar.
It can be so discouraging to have these health problems as young as we are! I swear I have seen every type of dr. under the sun.
But- so happy to hear things are looking better for you. Better health is on the horizon!!
