Chickpea Tomato Sauce


Today I'm sharing my chickpea tomato sauce over at Ginger Lemon Girl. Carrie's blog was one of the first gluten-free blogs I found over a year ago, and I've been reading her posts ever since. Looks tasty! Anything with chickpeas tends to make me a pretty happy camper. I'll have to give the bionaturua pasta a try - I've yet to be impressed with gluten free pasta. Although, I rarely ate pasta before anyway. I'd rather have the potatoes and rice! :)
